Pupillary distance and working distance are adjustable, and can be reset whenever your eyesight or posture changes. Magnification is fixed at manufacture.

Precision optics stay sharp for years with a light routine. Four habits worth keeping.

Clean the lenses gently
Blow or brush away grit first, then use a clean microfibre cloth. A little lens-cleaning solution on the cloth is fine; never spray the loupes directly, and keep solvents and abrasive wipes away from the optics.

Wipe the frame after each session
A damp microfibre cloth lifts skin oils and debris from the frame, nose pad and head strap. Keep the barrels and hinge dry, and never submerge or autoclave the loupes.

Handle by the frame, not the barrels
Lift the loupes by the frame and use the flip-up hinge to move the barrels. Set them down optics-up on a soft surface, never resting on the lenses.

Store them in the case
Between sessions the case protects the optics and the adjustments made at your fitting. Keep an LED headlight and its battery out of direct heat.
The printed care leaflet supplied with your loupes is the reference for your model. Unsure about a cleaning product? Ask us before using it.

These were set at your fitting. If your posture, chair or eyesight changes they can be reset: small tweaks by you, anything bigger at a fitting check with us.

Working distance
Sets how far from your eyes the image is sharp. Yours matches the way you sit or stand at work; change your setup and it can follow.

Height and angle
The knurled adjusters raise, lower and tilt the barrels so you look through the centre of the optics with your head level and your eyes relaxed.

Protective and prescription lenses
Protective lenses shield your eyes and the optics. A prescription insert, or your own glasses underneath, carry your correction.
