Ordering, cancellation & returns

How ordering works
Nothing is bought or paid for on this website. When you send an enquiry or build your loupes here, a specialist contacts you, agrees your exact configuration, and provides your quotation and the terms of sale directly. The paperwork you receive with your quotation and order sets out the specific terms that apply to your purchase.
Your statutory rights
If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies: products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing on this page reduces those rights.
Cancelling a distance order
If your contract is concluded entirely at a distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may give you the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Important: this cancellation right does not apply to products made to your specification or clearly personalised, which can include loupes and inserts built to your individual measurements or prescription. Your specialist will confirm before you order whether your configuration can be cancelled or returned, and on what terms.
Faults and warranty
Warranty terms, if offered, are stated in your order paperwork. To report a fault or start a return, contact info@pentaxloupes.com with your order details and we will take it from there.
